Troy designs, plans and implements the On the Road Garage apprenticeship and training curriculum. He is also responsible for implementing garage safety plans and educates employees on safety standards, expectations and safe machinery operation. Previously he was the Electromechanical Subject Matter Expert for CESVI LIV/Solera Holdings where he developed and implemented training curriculum, conducted training courses, and hosted remote training classes. He was also Director of Education for Lincoln Technical Institute for 10 years.
