Sierra is responsible for the daily operations of the garage, including achieving company goals, process implementation and execution, teammate development and administration. She maintains company standards for performance, growth and excellent customer service. Previously with Joe Hudson’s Collision, as an area manager assistant, Sierra was responsible for improving performance of the 20 locations in the Texas market. She also monitored insurance partner relationships, account compliance, and new shop acquisition, training and integration.
