Roy has 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for the direction and coordination of On the Road Garage including expense control, staff management and department supervision. Previously he has served as a technician, service advisor, general manager, training and development manager and insurance adjustor. Before he joined the On the Road Garage team, Roy was a director of the collision technician apprentice development program at Service King, a program that he created and registered with the U.S. Department of Labor.
