Rachel is responsible for setting garage performance and talent objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence, and positioning the garage for growth. She ensures that the design of both operational processes and training programs maximize the garage’s opportunity to positively impact communities and partners. Previously, she led enterprise training strategy and execution as the senior director of talent development for Service King. She has a bachelor’s degree in Art History and Religious Studies from Northern Arizona University and a master’s degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
