Linette, 28, worked as a service advisor at a car dealership and is now an apprentice in painting.

“My duties here at the shop are to follow everything that the main painter does,” Linette says. “This program is teaching me confidence and motivating me to have a career with a company with great vision.”

Linette is grateful to be taken under someone’s wing who knows the business and gold standard techniques. She looks forward to being a head painter herself and passing along the skills she has learned.

“This experience has changed my life,” she says. “I would love to give someone else the same opportunity that I have been given.
