Ian, 24, came to us from Service King where he was working as a body tech apprentice. Before that he worked at a custom design company building art gallery pieces and doing graphic design and installation.

“I came to On the Road Garage not only to continue learning but also to grow with a company that I felt had potential,” Ian says.

Ian spent time in our body tech apprenticeship before transitioning into the estimating apprenticeship, which he has now completed. He plans to stay at On the Road Garage, continue to learn, and grow with the company.

“My favorite thing about On the Road Garage is the working environment,” Ian says. “The people in the shop are like a big group of friends. We're always helping each other out and working to solve problems together. Rarely do situations arise where we can’t come together, figure it out and move forward.”
